"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. "The manager was very helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable. He arranged for a tuk tuk driver to tour us around Colombo to see the sights. The entire staff was very helpful & friendly. The wifi was very good."
