The Rooms are a little old, but the seaview is stunning. The neighbours and their nightly activities can be heard quite significantly, but all seamed to be enjoying themselves. The staff was extremly friendly and we enjoyed the pool and the view. It is a great hotel to relax and wind down. There is also a little shop, a seaview bar and two good restaurants near the hotel. Taxis will take you to Athens, Rafina and a nice beach south of Rafina. Nice cocktails can be enjoyed at the pool or the bar...

Although this hotel is quite a way from Athens city centre I find this a positive. The hotel is situated on the coast with tranquil views. Our room had the most gorgeous views and the subtle sounds of the waves from the sea and the hotel pool made our room a makeshift mediation hub after a full day of sightseeing and shopping. The other fantastic element is the staff. This is a family run hotel and it shows. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful service from D, G and A and a...

We arrived at the airport at 2.00 am and just walked across the road to the hotel, which was so convenient. A very comfortable bed was welcome after a long flight. Breakfast was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent boutique hotel with lovely helpful staff! Will be back soon!

Friendly, helpful staff, great amenities, perfect breakfast

This hotel was booked as a treat at the end of the holiday and the good service started two days before we even arrived at the hotel when they offered to arrange a transfer for us from the port so we opted for the taxi transfer @ €23. forpromised when we arrived in the port the driver was there with a sign with my name waiting and I must say very friendly. The hotel reception was great and real pleasant and we were soon way to our room. They did offer more information about the location and...

The hotel has a great location for exploring Athens. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is very good and a fantastic view of the Acropolis. Plenty of other dining options on your doorstep. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great location. Lovely experience

We had a fantastic stay at the Perianth Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Athens and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and bars. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly...

Great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend 100%

We stayed here with our small children and it was wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The rooms are very cute & modern. We were walking distance to the Acropolis and all the restaurants and shops. They were very accommodating to our family, and they even gave us pre-packed breakfast bags when we had to leave at 5am on our last day! Highly recommend this hotel!!

We arrived to this hotel as a part of our honymoon trip and it was spot on! inspiring new design, classy, elegant, young, inviting, comfortable beds, excellent service, amazing well equipped room, free wifi, perfect breakfast, Intelligent staff,

Nice hotel with comfy beds and a great location close to syntagma square.

All the staff were wonderful. Maria, Dennis and Jorge went out of their way to help with anything. The rooms and all the hotel very clean, breakfast was so lovely and the bar was useful after a long hot day out. We will be booking again at this hotel. We found the metro not far to walk, and loved staying in a local community but not far from the centre of Athens.
