NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOP UP OF TEA AND COFFEE STATION... HOUSEKEEPING SHOCKING... UNLESS EMPTYING OUT RUBBISH BIN IS CLASSED AS DAILY ...
