Radium Hot Springs Trip

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because of the elevator. They only have one, and it's the slowest one I've ever experienced. Everything else was great.

The jets on the hot tub are terrible barely even felt them, the rooms were awesome and clean

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

We enjoyed ourselves. Very clean place and staff was good .

What a great space!! Nicely setup in a quite part of Canmore. Being on the top floor with the vaulted ceiling really adds to the view of the surrounding mountains. Easy walk to ammenities and some great shops and restaurants.
