Tom was a great host and helped us with tips on where to eat and what to enjoy in the area. The hotel is a little gem in a perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I'll also note in the evening the folks from the room next door had the fire pit going right outside our door and having a little party and the sound insulation is incredible, I only found out because I went out to get something from the car. That's pretty neat and probably part of the reason we had such a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Excellent! I'll be happy to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Check in was very quick. The BBQ area was nicely set up with a propane firepit so we were able to sit and enjoy the fire with other people staying. They were quick to answer any questions and offer assistance as needed.

My husband and I stayed for a night. Check in was smooth. Staff named Tom was so nice to show us our room. They have pool pass available too for less and they were kind to give us extra towels to use for the pool. They don’t have hair dryer In the bathroom which I really needed.

Welcoming and kind service, we were told about all the places to see while in Radium, given extra towels and passes for the pools! The room was clean and comfortable but could use some updates and sound proofing.

OMG Tom the owner is the best! This lovely little motel was everything we wanted and more. It’s super clean, the beds were ultra comfy and all your amenities were a 2 min drive. My wife and I absolutely loved this place. Do yourself a favour and stay here. Thanks Tom

Best customer service I have experienced
Our stay was very comfortable and cozy. The owner is extremely welcoming and it is obvious he is passionate about customer service and making his guests feel right at home. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area.

Great stay! Would definitely come back.
Cute little spot in Radium with pet friendly rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was super welcoming despite our late arrival, and showed us around our room and where we could park and walk our dog. I wish we could have seen it in daylight! Room was clean and provided all the necessities we look for. All and all a great stay.

Tom was amazing and made our stay a joy. After a long day of driving he helped get us sorted with a visit to the hot springs and then suggestions for a wonderful dinner (including mkaing a booking for us). We would stay again in a heart beat

An absolute gem
Booked it to try something different. Don't think I'd be able to stay anywhere else in the area now—absolutely unmatched customer service. Maps & info on best places to eat. Discounted tickets to hot springs, which are a short drive or brief walk up the road—they'll even provide towels for you to take to avoid the rental fee at the springs. Across the road from multiple restaurants. I'll be back!

It is a very old property. There was crumbs still from the previous guest on the night stand. The plug in did not even work for the coffee maker. The carpet was severely dirty and old. The beds we’re comfortable but I think it is time to do some renovations and purchase some new linens.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Older motel, rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Having a microwave, coffee maker, fresh cream and fridge made the stay comfortable! Price was good! Thanks to Tom and his staff!

The property is close to everything in Radium. The person that checked us in was helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Our upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy banging the floor but they did stop.

Really cute set up with retro feel. Just what I was hoping for. The pool in not at the property and the discounted tickets are a little more than hoped for to access the hot springs
