"The breakfast menu is great, parking is easy, rooms are nice and we love, love, love the prairie dog town and the amazing tile mural is astonishing. BUT!!! Alexus and Rachel on the weekends will make you want to stay there even if you just live across the street. Are there nicer people in this whole world? I think not. They just make you glad to be alive. Hearts all around!!"

"Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better hotel Parks Residential. Low class people at this hotel. Do NOT waste your money!"

"room was filthy upon check in- pillows had head prints but made, trash in bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, empty plastic cups on night stand. Hotel insisted it had been cleaned and I forced them to come up and look for themselves. Then when we put the kids to bed in the pull out couch, the bed was unmade. I went down to front desk and they said they don't have enough sheets to make the pull outs and housekeeping leaves at 2 PM so I could make the bed myself. Sheets and pillows were not in the room and it took 20 minutes for someone to find some- then handed me the sheets and blanket in a black trash bag. The next night the housekeeper left 2 towels for the 4 of us in the room. The VIP acess pass with 2 drinks per room was not allowed unless there were 2 checks- only one free drink coupon allowed at the entire table. Ridiculos "

"Our room was in really terrible shape. Dirty towels from the last guests were on the floor of our closet. Random trash and gummy bears were on the nightstand and floor. Coffee was spilled on the nightstand and not washed off. Shower area was dirty and had hair in drain. In general, I think the beds were clean and we (hope) had clean towels but I think the rest of the room was ignored. The breakfast buffet was not good. Very low quality food."
