We very much enjoyed our stay at the end of a extended holiday in Greece and Italy. A wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist destinations in both countries.

Amazing stay

This was our favorite stay in our Italy trip. The host, Christine, is super friendly and kind and made sure we got all we need. The breakfast is very good. The place itself is renovated and nice, but still has the charm of an ancient stone house. Amazing.

It was unfortunate that the owner was not present during our stay. The staff was amazing to compensate but we did not have access to the vineyard until the day we left. No cooking lesson available like mentioned on Expedia. We had an appartement able to cook some meals to compensate. Sweet stay ! Thanks to Christina’s ataff

My husband and I spent five unforgettable days of our honeymoon at Podere Terreno. Cristina, the host, was wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She made us feel like part of the family, setting a warm tone for our stay. The traditional Tuscan dinners served every few nights were home-cooked, authentic, and delicious. Breakfasts were consistent, offering both sweet and savoury options, and they happily accommodated dietary restrictions. Activities, both on-site and nearby, were plentiful. We loved horseback riding, just a 30-minute drive away, and Cristina's private cooking class was a highlight. We prepared traditional dishes in their professional kitchen, later served for dinner, adding a special touch to the experience. The wine tasting was both informative and enjoyable, deepening our appreciation for the farm's history and the wines we sampled. A delightful surprise was meeting other guests from around the world, who were friendly and eager to help us practice our Italian. We enjoyed relaxing around the property, sipping wine, or playing fetch with their charming dog, Dex. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Everything worked perfectly, and the shower was especially nice after long days of activities. By the end of our stay, we felt like part of a new family. Our only regret was not staying longer. Podere Terreno and Cristina made our honeymoon truly special, and we can't wait to return one day.

Chianti Classic

Historic country farmhouse 8 minute drive from Radda in Chianti. Hospitality and condition of property are excellent. Wonderful host. A taste of life in Chianti. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely visit to Chianti wine country

Our host was amazing and so helpful...made us a picnic dinner when we didn't want to go out for the evening. The B&B is rather rustic but comfortable. The new owners are fixing the building and the grounds so I expect it will be even lovelier in the future. The breakfast was good with good choices of meat cheese breads homemade preserves and cakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Het was de eerste keer even zoeken maar dan kom je wel op een idyllisch verblijf. Mooie locatie, rustige omgeving gelegen in hun eigen wijngaard. Erg aardige en attente gastvrouw Christina die ons goed ontvangen en verzorgd heeft. Goede compleet ingerichte kamer. Prima ontbijt en een paar keer meegegeten aan het echt Italiaans diner aan de lange tafel in de gezellige huiskamer. Geen sterren diner maar basic lekkere Italiaanse keuken. Samen met hun eigen lekkere Chianti wijnen, een feestje! En plek om vaker terug te komen.Top
