"Our stay was part of a two week Europe trip, 6 countries 10 cities. This was probably our favorite hotel. It is in a former palace and our room a former room in the palace. Since our trip was historical/cultural focused, this room checked all the boxes. Not only was our room beautiful, huge and historic, our floor is also known to be haunted but a historic figure. I got sick during the trip and the hotel was so helpful in giving recommendations for a Doctor to come to my room. "

"We had reservations for a junior suite and were upgraded so the room was very nice. The hotel is new and modern, a great breakfast but a bit away from the city center activities."

"The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence."

"Our room was referred to as "boutique" which must have been code for tiny. That was a disappointment. Otherwise, everything was just great, and the property is lovely."

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "
