PRIME STAY BUDAPEST

10/10 Excellent

"A brilliant place to stay at a very affordable price. The rooms and common areas were clean to an excellent standard. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We did have a slight issue with room keeping as we only had one pillow each and wanted another. They kept saying we’d get them but never did. Just a few doors away is a convenient SPA shop with all you could need for your room. There is also a LIDL at the bottom of the street. It’s a beautiful location with a Church and park opposite. The rooms were modern and the beds comfy. The washing machine in the bathroom was extremely helpful and they gave us a complimentary pod. There were maintenance people working on our floor but they were very respectful and we had no issues. The Bistro attached to the Apartments is a separate business but absolutely fantastic. Fresh food at enviable prices. All in all you likely won’t find better at this price point. We had a great stay."

Danubius Hotel Helia

10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The second with another woman was awful!"

Mamaison Hotel Andrassy Budapest

10/10 Excellent

"What a beautiful stay. We weren’t aware till a few days in that we’d had an upgrade. Thank you. 💫 This hotel was everything! Perfect location. Comfortable. Great service. Spacious and very warm. The bedroom was great and the bathroom was also great. I literally could not fault anything about this hotel or this stay. 3 min walk to the metro, 6 minute walk to Hero’s square, the castle and also the spa. You can also walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral in 30 minutes as opposed to taking the tram. We love walking so we walked to many of the attractions. Public transport is great throughout the city. Getting to the hotel will take you approximately 50min in taxi or an hour on public transport. Taxi will cost you about 4x more but it’s convenient. Public transport is actually very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would like to Thank everyone who looked after us. 💫"
