"İt was the crowded time in budapest because of champions lig final match that is why we paid too much money for this kind of accomodation it must 5x cheaper too much money we spent and got nothing. İ stay 4 stars hotel in praq one day before and it was almost half price than this place so i am not happy with this place but we could not find any other place at that time Only positive thing they have free parking for your car"

"Rigtig fin og nyistandsat lejlighed med god indretning til 5 personer. Der var meget pænt og rent. I det ene værelse var der stor god dobbelt, det andet værelse var der en udfoldet sovesofa. Det ville have været bedre med en rigtig seng, da man ikke sov super godt på den. I stuen var der også sovesofa hvilket giver mening da det er et opholdsrum. Der var kun fire stole, men vi opdagede senere at der stod en klapstol bag skabet. Vi skrev dagen i forvejen og spurgte om mulighed for tidlig...

"Very nice hotel with garden like setting and terrace. Comfortable spacious room near the beautiful City Park and Heroes Square. Great breakfast buffet. We had several dinners too. Food is excellent!"

"Eight nights in Longstay Apartment. Room was great - spacious and quiet! Kitchen had everything you could need including soap, dishwasher pods and salt/pepper (maybe a glass pan to use in the oven would be the one thing to add), 1.5 bathrooms, very comfortable bed, washer/dryer combo (with detergent pods provided), nice sitting area, excellent shower and separate bathtub, robes/slippers, soap, shampoo (no conditioner) and a lovely balcony overlooking the Danube. We ate on the balcony several nights (cooked or got pizza from Angel Pizza nearby). We always looked forward to the excellent choice at breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs - very good!). The jacuzzi and spa area were well maintained and we spent time there every day. As stated in other reviews location is outside the main tourist zone - so just be aware of that. There is a Prima grocery across the street, bus 75 and 15 stop right by the hotel and metro 3 is a 5-6 min walk (or one stop on bus 75 or 79) to get you anywhere you need to go. Staff was great!"

"Inside is quite lovely. Just a short walk to all public transportation. Our whole side of the hotel had no air conditioning and it was hot. It wasn’t until the last day that they gave us a fan. The restaurant dinners were excellent! You must have the goulash. The housekeeping was done every day and the staff were so helpful and polite."

"The best simple hotel with just the things you need for a great stay. Lion's Garden isn't a fancy hotel - and it shouldn't be. It's an affordable hotel with all the things you need: pool, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi - and a small gym. The bar and the restaurant are great - as well as the rooms. For me the highlight was the vicinity of the City Park - always lively, always full of people. Loved my stay!"
