"We stayed at this hotel on 23rd September 2025 in a family room. The only positive was the late self-check-in, which was quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very poor.
The entire hotel, including the lobby and our room, had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke — it seemed ingrained in the walls and ceilings. We had specifically booked a non-smoking family room as we were travelling with our 3-month-old and 3-year-old, but the smell made it impossible to rest. My wife and son felt sick from it, and I was extremely concerned about exposing our baby to passive smoke.
The room itself was as described in terms of layout (basic but with the right number of beds), however the smoky environment completely ruined our stay. None of us slept well, and we were too exhausted to continue with our travel plans the next day.
If you are a non-smoker or travelling with children, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel."

"There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds.
Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine.
The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel.
It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened. "

"Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4.
There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival.
Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre.
Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night."
