Requested to modify the Expedia booking which was accepted by Expedia as well as Hotel but once we arrived at the reception, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms unless they get the emails from Expedia.
that was quite unhelpful specially after a long journey.

"I could not believe the access to my room. I had to go up a circular stair case, which was not very big, and somehow get my two cases up there. In all my travels I have NEVER had to do that.
