"Gorgeous wooden memorable hotel. It has wonderful charm and one of few buildings which has a sea view. We swam a few meters away from steps leading down into the sea water; ate and sipped drinks on the balcony; sat amongst the roses in the garden; read and browsed photographic book oks in the lounge. Breakfast and our host was lively and helpful. This is one of the great island stays of the world and you need to appreciate the creaking floorboards and walk down the hall to a shared bathroom. "This property is rather bland...needs art in the hallways. Needs a luggage rack in room The bathroom had no space for toiletries. The happy hour bar was not staffed. Ring a bell and wait forever. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was generally clean but appeared tired without art on the walls. Elevator was rickety For the price, I would not stay there again. "
