Poor service

The owner confusing for payment thru credit card from hotel.com . The third patty manage booking to the hotel owner but didnt inform hime tgat ee pay thru credit card. The owner wont let us go and ask for the additional payment. And we want to rent the motobike from other shop and the owner dont let us park our motorbike if we dont rent motorbike from him.
