This hotel is really wonderful, it’s a rank higher than other hotels in the region for me as the other haram hotels were surrounded by crowds of people and it seemed very difficult to get in and out of them at peak times where as Conrad seemed easier to get in! Room was spotless, great cleaning by house keeping! The breakfast was also great, waiters gave great service! Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

I stayed 3 nights at Rasia Hotel Madinah with my wife. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic! The shuttle to the Haram was on time and very convenient.

Room carpets were dirty. On the other hand staff was so curtious and helpful that other stuff doesn't matter.
