"Friendly family owned business! You can see their effort in trying to give high-quality while keeping the price low. Mattress was very comfortable. Our room was very clean though the Spicket to our sink was not fully tightened to the counter and the safety lock was missing (the part that attaches to the door). But overall for the price we would highly recommend staying here. Also parking lot had good lighting. They even have a fitness area with treadmill and weights."

"Room could have been cleaner -debris in corners of bathroom-dust on lamp -hair dryer -tissue box-needed attention to detail -no extra toilet paper in room -only had one bar of soap available in room-staff though very friendly and accommodating -beds very. Comfortable -coffee I prefer stronger -can be made weaker by hot water but if not strong can’t make stronger -"

"We had room 10 it is on the front side so no lake view. The room was clean and plenty of room the TV was small couldn't find a remote or buttons to turn on manually. The furniture was older decor but the beds where comfortable. Parking is pretty easy on the front the back can be a little tricky if on the end close to the pool if you have a boat location is close to a lot of eating places and has a nice boat ramp The office has a tremendous amount of tackle About the only thing i wish they had on site was just a small grill to eat at just easy items and then some type of food items for lunch and dinner maybe only on week ends and stay open a little longer overall its nice place to stay and the staff are friendly and a little funny at times My grandson said he loved one of the older staff that was getting a local customer laughing I always like to stay here and I stop by to buy tackle every time I'm close to lake fork The price is compatible with other establishments around the lake always have a great time a lot of anglers go outside to get some things ready for another day of fishing a d of course talking about their fishing experiments of the day Go ahead and book your next stay here you will enjoy it"

"Room had a musty smell and I don't see any reason why it has to be set to 60° when we got into the room at night it was really cold and I saw the AC was set to 60 that's pretty cold anywhere you go it's got to cost money to do that to the rooms"
