Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa
The main hotel is characterful and pleasant. I found my room in one of the newer blocks to be noisy, more so when a table tennis table was erected under my window. Chesford Grange Hotel
The bathroom was tiny- no room for 2 people. Most of the time there was no hot water from the bathroom sink- the shower was okay. Food at breakfast wasn`t hot.

George Apartments
Gorgeous little apartment in great central location with parking. Instructions for the cooker would have been useful .. took ages to work that out.

The Vale Golf and Country Club
These lodges are just beautiful! Perfect location for the party we had at Rise and Grind. Beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Spotlessly clean . Well equipped with kettle/ biscuits etc . Reception staff very welcoming. Honestly can’t fault it . Will visit again one day
