It took both me and my daughter trying the key before we could get the door opened. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking as if they were in the room with us!"

"The apartment was clean and an excellent location. The check in code became active at 4pm. I tried to call and text for an early check in, and there was no response and the call auto disconnected. We had trouble with the door each time we tried to get it to open. No response from the management It would take 4 or 5 attempts to get the door to open"
