Very nice, family friendly, eco hotel in the outskirts of Armenia, Colombia. It has a kitchen that is open a significant amount of time, pool, and a very nice view of a few coffee plantations and forest. It has a few bugs, but that is expected from something that is surrounded by nature. The entrance to the property might be sketchy, would not recommend going with a low car.

We went on a family trip and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The room we were given did not match the photos they advertised. It was uncomfortable, with no closet or clothing racks. The breakfast service was also subpar—slow, with low-quality food and very limited options. There were too few staff members, which contributed to the poor service overall.

Llegamos tarde noche, la llegada compleja la carretera de acceso al hotel está en pésimas condiciones muy retirada de las vías principales, la recepción funciona en una mesa en la cocina. No hay servicio de amenidades sino hasta las 10 pm. Se compra un servicio por las fotos que muestran en la página, pero estas distan muchísimo de la realidad. El servicio de Spa que ofrecen consta únicamente de jacuzzi el cual debe ser pago. El desayuno muy demorado y bastante básico. Prácticamente se pagó por mal dormir esa noche. Al día siguiente salimos muy temprano del hotel junto a mi grupo familiar. Me siento estafado. Debieran tener más cuidado con los hoteles que aceptan en el portal de Hoteles.com. Ah y por si fuera poco únicamente aceptan efectivo en el sitio. Si quieres pagar con tarjeta, te aplican un cargo adicional.

El hotel es mejor de lo que muestran las fotos

Es un hotel campestre adecuado para pasar un buen y tranquilo descanso, duermes y te levantas con los relajantes sonidos de la naturaleza, las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones, la piscina es genial, la atención es muy buena, Jesús y su esposa se esmeraron por prestarnos un buen servicio y resolver nuestros requerimiento, el desayuno no es muy variado pero suficiente para iniciar el día, la habitación que me asignaron no es muy amplia pero suficiente para el propósito y justa a la tarifa que pagué, tiene amplia zonas verdes, un sendero ecológico con árboles frutales, estacionamiento para los vehículos, un comedor, bar, zona de juegos, un salón para reuniones o eventos, en fin, en general fue una agradable experiencia, creo que volvería a alojarme en el hotel con mi familia. Tener en cuenta que el hotel se encuentra ubicado en un sector rural, para llegar toca tomar la vía que comunica el municipio de Montenegro con Quimbaya y desviarse aproximadamente 1 kilómetro por una vía destapa, así que la ubicación del hotel no es favorable para los huéspedes que no llevan carro.
