"Reception and checkout was friendly and quick. The hotel room was quiet with a good hot shower . However, only 2 bath towels were provided. It would be essential to also have face towels . Although the TV was operational , I could not access local news or international channels. Invited visitors (e.. relatives) were still required to fill in waiver forms before they could see me in my room. It would be very helpful for the hotel to install least an intercom system or phone to allow guests to communicate with the front desk without having to personally go down for inquiries and required services (e.g. replacing soap, toilet paper . Red Planet is located near various amenities (restaurants, malls, medical/dental clinics, banks, post office; supermarkets, department stores, pharmacists, ; legal offices; dry and wet markets; cinemas etc) , including a free shuttle across the Araneta Cubao Centre. Transportation from Red Planet to other cities and locations in Metro Manila is very accessible (taxis, jeepneys, LRT, Bus), although traffic jams are frequent."

"I stayed at the Presidential suite. The room was great and was able to accommodate a large number of people for an after party get together. The only issue I had was the night staff werent able to help me borrow an USB or HDMI cable. The outside door when you exit the room should have sign saying DO NOT close. I closed it when I left and it took over an hour to have someone unlocked it cause the room key doesn’t work on it. Overall it’s a a good place to stay in QC and will be glad to stay there again. Their breakfast was awesome."

"The room was clean and house keeping staff very attentive. As this hotel is connected to the mall it is very convenient for us. Only issue is Grab always missed the hotel lobby pickup and drove straight to the mall. This caused us inconvenient. The hotel sign is not visible enough for grab drivers to notice and they pass the hotel even for drop off. Overall I like the spacious room."
Sotogrande Neopolitan Hotel

"We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own. The hair dryer in our room also wasn’t working, so I had to ask the front desk for another one. When we asked for fresh towels, they could only provide bath towels because their laundry delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Overall, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel was clean. With some improvements to the towels, amenities, and room upkeep, it could be a much better stay."
