"Sad that you can hear the noises in the hallway. Other guests passing by and even staff upshing their trolleys. Sound proofing not so good. Other than that, stay was perfect."

"The overall property l, service, and staff were all top notch. My only complaint would be that the 4th floor restaurant was underwhelming, though I understand that they are opening an additional one on the ground floor I didn't get the chance to try it during my stay."

"Amazing. Really friendly staff. Luxury clean room with all the amenities. Had the best night sleep so far in Manila. Definitely staying again. However won’t pay for the breakfast as for the same price I’d rather order off the breakfast menu. Buffet was limited but cooked well. Lots of activities here and a great set up. "

"The hotel is clean with updated amenities throughout the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel has everything anyone can want as far as shopping dining and entertainment. The staff are professional friendly and supportive. My only issue is they closed the roof deck restaurant/bar during Covid and they haven’t opened it back up yet . "

"Great location walking distance to 7-eleven, Max Grill and Wheatberry Cafe. Grab (same as Uber) rides are short drives to shopping. Very nice modern facilities and pleasant staff. I would stay again and recommend to others. "
