"I booked this hotel for my fiancée and when she arrived she was scared to stay there,, nothing like the pictures,, neighborhood was unsafe and the door didn't lock secure, the air con was only half working, I had her leave without even staying one night and booked into a better hotel. I contacted hotels.com for a refund and after 3 days still waiting"
