Excellent location and I believe it’s one that one of the best hotels in Xela. Staff is very courteous and attentive, this is our second time at this hotel and I remember breakfast being better two years ago. Hotel could use new towels, but the location right next to a Walmart and shopping center with restaurants is awesome and very safe.

I stayed for a business trip. It has a very good location. It is besides one of the biggest and nicest shopping malls of Xela. The restaurant in the hotel has good food. But if you prefer other options there are several restaurants besides the hotel.

Nice hotel

A nice modern hotel near local stores and restaurants which was helpful so we did not have to drive all the time. One elevator was broken the entire stay which was frustrating especially when traveling with someone who could not go up and down stairs. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We started out having a couple of issues but we are thankful the hotel totally went out of their way to make everything great! I mentioned to the staff that I would love a massage. Within a short time the hotel staff arranged a massage for me in the hotel’s spa which was just steps away from my room🤩The masseuse Tatiana greeted me with a big wonderful smile and gave me the best massage ever! We loved the food and service at their restaurant❤️

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were some noise-related issues that need to be addressed. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that night, and we could hear the staff dismantling everything through the roof. Additionally, during the night, someone was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway, and the noise leaked through the door.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The service was good but not so friendly. We reserved two bedrooms with each holding 4 guests, when reserving I forgot to add the 8th person. At check in, there was issues because of this even though we weren’t adding more than the max. We had to pay extra which is okay, but the attitude we were given was not great. The front desk and waitstaff weren’t too friendly. Lunch was not that good, but the breakfast was great!
