Tired

The wifi internet signal was weak and volatile and was simply not usable. The shower head dripped, the tap in the bathroom sink dripped and the plug didn't fit the basin plug hole properly so water leaked straight out of the basin. When I grabbed a wine glass from the cupboard to use, its rim stuck to the cupboard surface.

Perfect location in Subiaco

Overall, pretty good and value for money in the overpriced Perth area. The furnishings were a bit dated. While the bed was quite nice, the couch and chairs weren't very comfortable. I might stay there again.

We needed a place to stay in Subiaco. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to all entertainment

Great place

The room was good but hair in drain plug, and all in the bathroom and floors need to be mopped as our 10 mth old crawling around had black feet and knees from the floor. For the price we paid should have been half price. Got a nicer and cleaner room in the cbd for half the money paid at this hotel.

Quiet and really practical

Darby Park was really conveniently located and the rooms were quite and clean with all the things you need to make your own breakfast and relax. Loved the pool right near my room as well.

Reasonable quality served apartment

The location is a bit out of the way except if you are visiting Subiaco oval. But close enough to CBD and UWA to be useful as a less expensive option to staying in the CBD. Apartment was quite large with reasonable but not extravagant appointments. Aircon worked OK. Internet was good. A reasonable mid-priced alternative to the more expensive mainstream hotels

Perfect location to domain stadium!

Love how close we were to the stadium! So convenient!! Pity about the massive cockroach that joined my husband in the shower and the broken sofa!!

Fantastic location. Bathroom could have been cleaner.. Exhaust fan was very dirty, shower curtain was brown at the bottom. Window needed a good clean too. Rest of the apartment was very comfortable with good facilities

They keep apologising

I stayed here last year and advised them then they needed a small fix for their Foxtel service. A year later, it is still the same. They could not remember me speaking to them last year about this. Apparently, they will get on to it soon. Then internet was not working but they did not tell me when I was checking in. Half an hour later after ti had tried everything I went to reception and they told me of the problems. I simply cannot understand why they didn't tell me of the problem when they gave me the login details at checkin. Seemingly , it was to be fixed the next day (for my part of the hotel). When I quizzed them about this, they advised that there was an issue in my sector of the hotel that was "to be addressed". This hotel is about $220 per night. This is not the level expected at this price level.

Enjoy Subiaco

Great location - enjoyed a meal in the pub next door. Subi oval a short walk for footy fans. Pub next door. Subi shops and lots of eating options a handy walk. Some entertainment options also.

Poor apartment for the area

Found the apartment very overpriced. It was in poor condition. The toilet cistern was falling apart, rust stains down the wall behind toilet. The bath was very worn and slippery. Dirty finger marks around the bathroom handle, obviously never cleaned. Only 2 lumpy pillows were provided. The mattress protector did not cover the mattress. When the air conditioner was turned on a lot of debris came out all over the side table.

Great, check in easy, room perfect for our stay, a full house but you wouldn't know. The receptionist Audrey was just fantastic her service was second to none.

Great staff, managed early check in as we had tickets to an AFL game at 2:40pm. This gave my wife and I time to freshen up after a drive from Albany.

Best spot to stay in Subi. Walk to everything!!!!

Bit tired but good for the price

These units are a little old but clean and in working order. They do provide free wifi, which is important. The TV is oddly located, in a cupboard under the sink, facing back into the living room, and is consequentially a bit awkward to watch. A 15 minute walk takes you to plenty of restaurant options in Subiaco.

I am waiting refund still

I have contact 2 days before to cancel but they charge even i have contact to Japan even. some one try to get my car so my rental car door was some damage...Cleaning was not good so I cleaned my self for the washing machine and bathtub etc ..I was not happy about.
