Muy buena ubicación, atención excelente e información clara. Te indican lo que incluye el desayuno al llegar, cuando lo tomas entregan algo distinto, satisfecho pero no al 100. La alberca es mucho más chica de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Sin embargo lo recomiendo para tomar un descanso en fin de semana.

Hôtel très agréable situé à 10 mn à pied du centre historique, chambre hyper propre et spacieuse, petite terrasse joliment décorée au bord de la piscine où l'on peut prendre le petit-déjeuner, personnel disponible et sympathique, ce séjour dans cet établissement restera un très bon souvenir.

Excelente servicio y hotel muy limpio y acogedor

Me gustó mucho el lugar, el servicio es excelente, el personal del hotel es muy amable (excepto por una señora de cabello claro que estaba en la recepción el día que llegué y me pidió esperar afuera de una manera muy grosera, pero lo volví q verla). Si llevas mascotas el lugar es muy agradable para ellos también; la alberca es pequeña, pero el agua es templada, perfecta para relajarse. Lo único que creo que podría mejorar es que el desayuno incluido contenga huevos y no se tenga que pagar aparte.

El lugar fue muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor, aceptaron con gusto a mis perros. Los únicos comentarios que puedo hacer es que ofrecen el desayuno incluído, pero no mencionan que solamente es café, pan tostado y jugo. Y que la tarifa por mascota es por noche y que tampoco esto está especificado a la hora de reservar. Fuera de eso nuestra estancia fue muy placentera.

Hotel has noisy bar, cannot sleep until 1-2:30am

This hotel's advertising is very misleading. They operate a very noisy bar upstairs and downstairs at the corner of the property, only about 20 to 40 feet from the rooms. The bar plays music extremely loud and doesn't close until 1am during the week and 2:30am on the weekends. It is very difficult to sleep until they close. Also, there is a loud train that runs nearby about every 90 minutes that adds to the noise. I could live with the train but not the loud bar. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were pleasant but had no control over the bar. The continental breakfast consisted of only juice, coffee and toasted bread and was brought out to the patio table in the morning.

Totalmente insatisfecha.

El agua fría para bañarse, no tenía foco la lámpara del buró, el tapete del baño con hongos. En el baño había una cucaracha viva que tuvimos que matar. El costo es alto para la calidad del hotel. Recomiendo mejor una cadena hotelera con prestigio.

El hotel es bueno pero le falta mantenimiento a la habitación, estaba mucho más chica que lo muestran las fotos, faltaba lámpara y el teléfono no servía y la señora de la recepción insinuó que la habíamos descompuesto porque antes de nosotros estaba bien, le faltaba toda la roseta de la pared, no había forma que nosotros la hubiéramos descompuesto

Buena localización, bonito lugar pero mal servicio

Está bonito el lugar y céntrico. Sin embargo no están actualizadas las fotos, para entrar debes atravesar un bar, y no sabes por donde entrar. La atención de la recepcionista de la tarde-noche es pésima, no tiene cultura de servicio... Los chicos de la mañana muy atentos, felicidades a ellos. El desayuno continental es solo pan tostado bimbo con jugo de caja. El estacionamiento de comparte con el bar, por lo que el valet mueve todo el tiempo el carro ya que es pequeño el lugar. En nuestro caso se quedó toda la noche en la calle el carro. No considero que sea boutique.

No me gusto nada del hotel, empezando porque no tiene un estacionamiento adecuado, hay que buscar en donde se puede quedar uno, pésimo servicio de recepción, cero actitud de la persona, no hay un responsable para dar soluciones, no hay personal para atender a los huespedes, las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con lo que son en realidad, camas muy dañadas que no puedes descansar, toallas demasiado desgastadas, hay un bar dentro del hotel que hasta la madrugada cierra y todo el ruido lo tienes en las habitaciones, no tienen aire acondicionado es un ventilador que tienes que soportar el ruido que hace toda la noche, y por ultimo, abuso de confianza te hacen el cobro antes de que llegues a hacer el check in, si es que elegiste el pago hasta llegar al hotelucho.

Excellent service

Staff went above and beyond. Good location, walking distance to the Historical Center of the city. However, there was some noise from the very popular restaurant next door, as well as a loud train every few hours. The breakfast included with the room was very sparse (toast coffee and oj), although alternatives can be ordered for an extra charge. Room are small and basic , but incredibly clean and well maintained. Wifi signal very weak.

No es lo que ponen en las fotos. Para empezar cambiaron la fachada del lugar y nos fue complicado encontrarlo porque se encuentra unido a un restaurante-bar. No cuentan con estacionamiento y el personal (principalmente la recepcionista) no se coordina con el personal del restaurante para el vallet parking. Además el ruido del restaurante- bar es súper incomodo, llega a las habitaciones y por las noches es difícil conciliar el sueño. La alberca está muy sucia, no le dan el mantenimiento que uno espera. Sugiero que actualicen sus fotos y la recepcionista tenga más tacto con su personal.
