Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

Estuve a punto de no reservar en este hotel por los comentarios de otros visitantes y la verdad me encantó el lugar, si bien es cierto tiene sus detalles y se nota que en algún momento fue un lugar espectacular, aun conserva su esencia. Los jardines hermosos y bien cuidados, los animales exóticos que tienen muy bonitos, los flamingos nos dieron un show por la mañana cuando salieron, hermosos!! La alberca techada muy agradable, el personal super amable y la habitación muy bonita. He de decir que yo iba prepara hasta con unas velas de citronela para los zancudos y tampoco o es que hubiera tantos.

Desde un punto de vista estético; el hotel es muy bonito, su fachada, los jardines, las instalaciones en general. Donde tiene área de oportunidad es, a mi punto de vista, en detalles que tienen que ver con mantenimiento oportuno. Si bien, por el hecho de tener jardín abundante es comprensible que existan mosquitos, como que no es muy agradable que al llegar a la habitación por primera ocasión, al abrir la puerta te reciba un enjambre de ellos. Tampoco es agradable ver la alberca exterior y la fuente que tienen, con agua turbia (cabe aclarar, que hasta el tercer día observé personal en labores con la alberca exterior). En el restaurante; cuando acudimos a desayunar, si bien te presentan un menú, venia con una nota del desayuno donde no había mucha opción, aunque con buen sazón, adicional; se observaron algunos bichitos por el piso(hormiguitas y cucarachitas, muy pequeñas y pocas pero que en área de restaurante no deberían de existir). El personal; muy atento y presto a apoyarte con tus solicitudes, sin embargo, considero que es insuficiente en lo concerniente al mantenimiento que requiere estas instalaciones, sobre todo para hacer las labores que haga esos detalles de manera oportuna y evitar que los huespedes observen esto. Volveré a Tequisquiapan, si, este hotel, quedará como segunda o tercer opción.

Al llegar, no había nadie en recepción, tuve q entrar a buscar quien me atendiera. Por fin encontré a alguien para q me dijera que no tenían mis habitaciones, que cancelara mi reserva en la aplicación y que si quería, checara en un hotel q estaba en la esquina. Eran las 8 de la noche y pretendían q a esa hora cancelara h me pusiera a buscar hotel. Total me resolvieron y me otorgaron habitaciones. Debo decir que el hotel es precioso, el restaurante muy elegante,con muy buen gusto y q sin duda tubo mejores años, sin embargo, estaba sucio, el agua de la alberca de color verde, el agua del estanque de los cisnes muy sucia, telarañas en varias paredes y una fuga de aguas negras del drenaje. En resumen falta mantenimiento y personal, necesita una buena administración, y créanme, con eses cambios, yo pagaría la tarifa q pusieran

Las instalaciones están bonitas pero el mantenimiento de la alberca al aire libre dejó mucho que desear, el agua totalmente verde, así como sus pequeños estanques. La alberca techada estaba limpia pero para la gente de la tercera edad no es nada apta, no tiene escalones para ingresar a la alberca. Las habitaciones tienen un escalón que baja, tanto en la puerta principal como en el baño, pero sin ningún señalamiento, y considero que esto es muy peligroso para la gente de la tercera edad. No nos entregaron las habitaciones puntualmente a las 3.00 pm. Además, cuando regresamos, tuvimos que estar preguntando al señor del mantenimiento sobre dónde se encontraba exactamente nuestras habitaciones pues nadie nos recibió en la entrada. La habitación grande tiene regadera con tina pero es muy difícil salir de ésta. En general, pasamos bien los días, pero no lo recomiendo para gente de la tercera edad.

El hotel tiene espacios de jardín hermosos y buena ubicación/estacionamiento, pero las instalaciones en general no tienen mantenimiento, la limpieza no es buena (habían insectos vivos sobre los muebles, tina etc e insectos muertos volando del aire acondicionado). Entiendo que es clima caluroso pero son cuidados básicos considerando esto. El jardín fue bello pero no me volveré a hospedar desafortunadamente.

Bonito hotel, la atención excelente, lo único malo es que están un poco descuidadas las instalaciones en las habitaciones, la puerta se atoraba con la llave o luego se quedaba abierta, además de noche está oscuro el hotel, falta que le inviertan en iluminación. Fuera de lo anterior creo que es muy buen hotel, regresaremos pronto
