Amazing experience at this Fiesta Inn
The area is so convenient for any purpose that a person or family may have planned. The breakfast is one of the best experiences that we have had here. The mall and restaurants are have everything you need. To make a description of this fabulous place, you have to visit this place yourself!

Provided a crib and contacted for a shuttle ride to airport it was $600 took about 30 mins . To bad missed buffet breakfast had a very early flight

Only 2 elevators for 7 floors and many rooms. You had a long wait evrry trip on elevator. Bathrooms are very small.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, está en una zona comercial donde hay todo tipo de restaurantes. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable. El único detalle fue el aire acondicionado, olía muy mal. Lo fueron a arreglar pero al día siguiente olía igual. Por lo demás, muy bien. Abraham del staff fue muy amable.

I got scammed !! They told me about an upgrade and microwave and fridge. When I got to the room, those weren’t there, bellman brought ‘em later and the fridge was so dirty n the microwave was with the cardboard inside :( we had a lot of problems with our keys and the parking was a mess, we gos stuck trying to move the car out :( definitely I’m not staying here anymore !

This is really a great property close to the center of town and has a lot of great restaurants and shopping close by. I would stay there again!!

Hotel lobby is on 4th floor and there’s no clear signage to indicate that. Check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. Room was not available until close to 4:00pm. Room was dusty, smelled like cheap soap and had stains on floor and walls. Pool closed at 8:00pm even thought weather was warm. Would not stay here again.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room we stayed in was pretty good. There is no coffee-maker in the room but there is coffee and snacks on each floor and at the lobby. I think the hotel is just designed more for gatherings outside the room. It’s also conveniently located in top of a mall.

Nice property adjacent to a shopping mall. Lovely rooms but no coffee maker so take your own travel kettle and sundries. My room had no hot water in the sink The free breakfast buffet is ok but nothing special. The first morning of my stay, the breakfast cook was totally drunk and half the buffet was missing. I could hear a loud fight coming from the kitchen then our drunk appeared in the dining area and proceeded to do a brief dance with the receptionist. That spoiled my impression of the hotel somewhat though things improved drastically for my breakfast the next day with a new and sober cook. This hotel is ideal if you are traveling alone, speak little or no Spanish and don’t want to wonder far from the hotel. I note there is a Starbucks near the entrance and plenty of security.

It's on walking distance to shopping mall, very convenient. Generally is good except for the room was not frequently clean up. My room (Junior Suite) was left unattended with constantly clean up during vacant. Need to improve and frequently clean up.
