The staff were very friendly, great location, but oh so many bizarre rules about shoes, parking, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny and you can hear a lot from the hallway/other rooms. Did not feel very private.

It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Chateau Frontenac, Au 1844, and all the quaint shops and cafes. Great MCM decor and impressive renovation of a historic estate. The continental breakfast was good and had the best croissants that I have ever had. The parking was easy. The lot is located directly behind the hotel. And the bilingual staff was excellent.

Lovely quaint hotel, centrally located up in Old Québec City. Room was nicely decorated and had the bonus of a terrace - ideal to relax on after a days sightseeing! Tasty continental breakfast included as part of our VIP rating. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient location to the boardwal in old Quebec.The rooms were adequate. Very clean and well appointed. My only caution would be there are no elevatorz and the stairs are weindy.

Amazing location, super walkable to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was very nice and well kept, easy access to the parking lot. Very quiet. Only amenity that was lacking was the wifi (very spotty connection) which was hard since mobile date was also limited in the area.
