Well insulated room, we were right on the street and didn’t hear any traffic during our weekend stay. We could however hear the person above us walking in the night. The room itself is nice (4/5 clean- we found some long hair on the bathroom floor). Overall, good spot for a short-term stay. Easy to access the building and the room

Clean, simple rooms. Close to transit. Note, this is a very basic hotel with only small fridge and coffee maker. Not enough wall outlets, had to plug coffee maker in and place it on the floor. Daily room cleaning was not included and even for a one-week stay our garbages were not emptied. That being said, most staff were friendly and approachable.

This is a two-star hotel not a four-star one. The hotel doesn’t have any lobby or patio to chill out or have a cup of coffee or breakfast in. There was a bad smell all along the hall and in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms and both of them had coffee machine but there was coffee only in one of the rooms and when we asked them for coffee for the other room, the receptionist told us we usually don’t provide coffee for rooms🙄 which is crazy because the first room had coffee. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Totally, if I wanted to visit the Quebec City again, this hotel wouldn’t be my choice to stay because of the poor services. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. It’s just a bed hotel, not more than that.

We stayed for 2 days and the hotel was very clean. When I called to inquire, the lady told me they will have tea, coffee, milk and creamers, refrigerator. However there were no milk or water in the fridge. Also, the concept of opening door and building with a code is amazing and hassle free. One of the earlier reviews said the hotel provides free bus pass so I asked the lady at front desk next day and she kindly explained everything and gave us the card which was very helpful. The parking however is not free and only have 2 paid spots around 500m away from the hotel. We paid $42 for 2 days. The breakfast is not included however they offer discount buffet in restaurant across the street. Overall I think its located at a great place, everything is nearby. Oh also, the bathrooms dont have selves to put your toiletries but i dont mind for a smaller stay. 4/5

We loved the amount of space in our suite! The beds were comfortable and the washroom was a perfect size. Getting around Quebec was very easy, 30 min walk to Old Quebec and lots of cafes and grocery stores nearby. Only issue was no housekeeping for the 5 nights we had stayed. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
