Upon arrival I was early and the front desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating. Although once I arrived to the room I was very disappointed in the condition for the price I paid. The room floor was filthy. The shower curtain was barely hanging on by a thread, the sliding door lock was broken. The hotel was to be pet friendly although there was very little area to walk pets outside and the room size for three people and a dog was not very comfortable. Also at any other Comfort Inn I have stayed at the fee for having a pet was an extra $20. This Comfort Inn charged me $35 plus tax. Also when you ask for a room and are travelling with pets they usually put you on the ground floor. When I requested a ground floor room I was charged an extra $10 plus tax as well. So my total was over $200 for an overnight stay. Had I known this in advance I would have booked elsewhere.

Nice clean rooms with outside room parking and double sliding doors with locks. We liked the cold and hot breakfast buffet. We found the pet charge excessive at $35 plus tax.

Wouldn’t let me cancel due to a second party booking, they obviously can cancel and refund but are using that as a lousy excuse. Just like everyone else, money stealers. Sucky place.

Tired facility. Stained furniture. One bar of soap to be shared between tub and sink. Toilet roll holder didn’t roll. One sheet at a time is all. Noise between units

It was a convenient place just off the highway. Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast included a gluten free option which is important to me.

Good location, clean unit, nice soft sheets and pillows but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Front desk staff were super friendly and inviting.

the front entrance had 2 plus inches of water you had to walk tru it to enter hotel at 12am adults were making all kinds of noise in the hall way and the disinfectent in the room was awful could hardly breath we stayed there several times but never never again

They charged me $10 a night more because I asked for a room on the first floor because they had no bag carts available for my son’s hockey equipment and we did not want to drag everything upstairs. I was extremely disappointed since it was only at half capacity
