The hotel overall was great. The employee who helped me to checkin was very friendly to answering lots of questions. The breakfast was impressive especially for the 牛排面、沙茶面. The room was clear and viewable.

When we walked in the door, the hotel provided excellent service, helping deliver the luggage to our rooms. The room was comfortable although the decor is bit outdated and chipped. Lobby is very beautiful and always have enough staffs there ready to help you out. The best part is the super decent breakfast buffet with so many delicious foods that will power you up for the whole day. Location is so convenient, near all the major sightseeing spots and next to a large shopping center with tons of reputable restaurants inside. Overall, we are very happy and would come back again and highly recommend it to others in town.

No air con in the day of 30 degrees! It’s very hot in the room. They gave me a fan which is noisy after I told house keeping. And they even saying they always prepare fan for customers if customer feel hot or cold. What a strange service!

酒店前台還算有禮貌，而且態度較好，但其他人員態度有待改善。房間還算舒適，但設施不夠五星標準。開關浴室的玻璃門聲響較大也比較難打開，這點比較不滿意。購物吃飯都比較方便，交通也還OK。

可取之處只有地點

第一次給一家酒店這麼低的評價，總結以下幾點： 1.前台無笑容，工作態度慣散 2.訂了兩間房，1點多check in,說沒房間，要我先去吃午飯，好，我去吃了一個多小時，約三點左右回去，還是說沒房，硬是在那里等了十分鐘才拿到第一間房，第二間房在約4點半左右，我打電話去追才拿到！ 3.第一間房明顯沒抺塵，電視台下的塵都厚到可以寫字了，櫃門還是壞的！ 4.明明要求無煙房，但第二間房有明顯重的煙味異味，要求清除味道，可是沒有什麼效果 5.以泉州來說，這應該是最好最貴的酒店了吧，可是大堂的工作人只完全欠缺培訓，看客人在等車也不懂安全計程車進來載客，站在那里看著我們因爲沒車要吧出去馬路截車！ 6.唯一可讚的是房務人員放物品很快而且有禮貌！以及地點真的挺方便！

Look no Further

I was on a business trip along with my daughter. The hotel is located in an excellent area right next to a mall with plenty of eating options around. The staff speak decent English and are quite courteous and willing to help. The breakfast spread is excellent and there are plenty of options. My daughter is a vegetarian and she had no problems whatsoever.The hotel has a decent wifi network. There is a very nice swimming pool and gymnasium also. Overall I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Quanzhou on business or leisure.
