Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

It was our first visit to Vietnam, and this was a superb hotel. Relatively new, but great location, super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel in general was great for our family of 4 where we had an inter-connecting room. Would definitely stay again, and would also highly recommend!

Staff were fantastic, especially Rose who organised a special decoration of our room for our wedding anniversary. Restaurant was great and room service excellent as my wife had dental work done and couldn’t eat solid
