"Booked 4 rooms through expedia. But, the person at the desk had no idea how to see or check our reservation. Got the rooms. Two rooms had new sheets. One room had sheets so filthy and stained. All rooms very old and dirty. Drive 30 miles in any direction to get a room. "
"I was booked into a closed down motel in Altus Oklahoma for the high school reunion weekend. When I arrived to check in at 3 pm the motel was boarded up. There were no available rooms in the town because of the reunion. My contact at Expedia assured me there would not be a charge on my Discover card.
