"Beautiful room with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hotel is well looked after and the room was spotless and upgraded. Friendly staff. Will definitely book again."
"Amazing place! Hated to leave.., the restaurant was wonderful, Best chateaubriand we have ever had! Pool and hot tub were great.
Loved our room; so stylish and beautiful. Enormous bathroom.
Great staff!!"
"Great location, nicely designed/decorated rooms, nice view facing the straits, fantastic breakfast included with great selection (including self-service waffles, hot fried eggs with/without cheese, sausages, bread/bagels/cereals, different juices, coffee, yogurt/fruits) and also prompt service from the kitchen hostess, very efficient, helpful and polite staff and a nice restaurant next door called Fifty Parallel Tap and Grill (food was good at reasonable pricing). We did not use the indoor pool or other amenities due to our hectic travel schedule."
"the bathtub was divine, yes it is intended for two but it works for one as well, no need to have a 'partner' in the bath, and it didnt take forever to fill, so it was used multiple times. the only suggestion might be to stock the kitchen better, i.e. the crappiest utensils/forks/knives - minor but reason i didnt give 5 stars. the outdoor grill didnt look too appetizing but a bbq is a bbq. the pictures reflect accurately. i would definitely stay again. loved the little beach across the road, fantastic walk with the doggie, good to have rubber boots for that, which i thankfully packed with me. friendly staff,"
"A great place to stay - no frills, but with all you need. Clean room, comfortable bed, and a shower with a telephone shower head! It always amazes me that oyu can go to the most luxurious hotels sometimes and the showerhead is a fixed little thingamajig.
Anyway, the staff, Paul, is just a joy to see and interact with, and is extremely helpful and accommodating for whatever you need.
The only caution I will give everyone is that the walls are thin, very thin. Mind your talks, volume, and try using snoreeze.. ;)
We will be back next time we're in Campbell River."
