"The check-in counter staff was very nice and efficient. Not so much for the check-out but is ok. However, the SPA is not ready SPA service and don't really provide any service and only massage the back for 1 hours service and added in another 15% surcharge without any invoice. "Great stay! So cheap for incredible value and service. We stayed here for almost a month. I can't speak higher for this hotel. 入住体验非常舒心，酒店非常新，房间空间大设计很好，服务也非常棒。淡季价格真的是非常物超所值。特别特别想感谢每天帮我们打扫房间的服务人员，我带小孩住了近一个月，孩子在房间时间多，多亏李凤荣、孙丽娟两位house keeping的阿姨，服务热情周到，每天都帮助我们及时整理，房间卫生整洁。不能更满意更感谢了。很棒的体验。"
