Hotel side say never receive any booking either from hotels.com or under my name, but since the booking I made is pay later option they agree to let me stay first and pay the stated price when check out, so is this how "pay later" option working on hotels.com?

The location is good near the airport, room is clean and suitable. The only problem maybe is the breakfast, it's too simple and no many choice. I will stay again if I travel to Qindao next time.
