저렴하지만 깨끗하고 편리한 호텔 华侨国际饭店

약간 오래된 호텔이어서 시설이 낡아 보이기는 했지만 매일 방청소를 해주는 등 나름대로 깨끗하게 관리되어 이틀의 여정 동안 큰 불편함은 없었다. 하지만 더위를 많이 타는 나로서는 6월초의 초여름의 날씨에 에어컨이 가동되지 않아 실내온도가 대략 25도 정도되어 창문을 열어도 약간의 땀을 흘릴 수 밖에 없었던 것은 단점이었다고 할 수 있다. 이 호텔의 장점은 비교적 저렴한 숙박비와 도보로 약 5분 거리에 운소로 미식가거리, 까루프가 있고 도보 15~20분 거리에 5.4광장, 마리나시티 그리고 한국 관광객이 많이 찾는 진취덕(베이징덕), 딘타이펑(딤섬) 등이 있어서 쉽고 편리하게 관광과 식사를 즐길 수 있다는 것이다. 이번 여행에서 인터넷 검색에서는 찾지 못했던 하지만 현지인들이 바글바글하고 고급스러우면서도 정말 맛있는 샤오롱칸(小龙坎)이라는 사천식 훠궈집이 호텔 바로 옆 건물에 있어서 혹시하고 갔다가 입이 아주 많이 호강했던 것은 기억에 남을 일이다.(가격이 조금 싸긴 함) 다시 칭다오를 여행하게 된다면 다시 숙박하고 싶은 호텔이다.

교통편리

신시가지 주변과 가까워서 좋았어요, 교통이 편하고 왠만한곳은 걸어서 다닐 수 있어요. 다만 좀 낡은면이 없지 않아 리모델링이라던지 관리를 좀 더 하면 청결 문제도 해결 될것 같아요.

공항에서 701번 타고 종점에서 5분 정도 걸어서 되돌아가면 있음. 까르푸도 걸어서 5분, 54공원은 15분? 숙소 자체 괜춘, 근처에 먹거리 골목있음. 직원 영어 힘들지만 친절하게 노력하심

최적의 위치

저렴한 숙소를 찾던중 발견한 오버시즈...... (넘길어서 ;;) 저렴한 만큼 큰기대 없이 갔는데 와우~ 위치가 넘 좋더군요 운소로 미식거리나 5.4광장까지도 천천히 걸어서 갈수 있을정도로 가까웠?습니다 바로옆 까르푸가 있어서 호텔1층 편의점에 없는건 까르푸로가서 샀습니다 타이둥루 야시장이나 찌모루 짝퉁시장도 택시로 한화 약 3500원 정도에 다닐수 있을만큼 괜찮더군요

ロケーション良し、価格、サービスも良心的でした。

宿泊当日、かなり遅い到着でしたが、数名の従業員が待機していて、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。部屋自体は必要なものが全て揃っていて、滞在に不自由は感じませんでしたが、洗面所、そこに併設されている浴槽の内部の臭いが少し気になりました。浴槽に設置されている蛇口のレバーは、ちょっとひねっただけで、取れてしまい、使用するとき少々不便でした。その点以外は宿泊料金に見合う設備で、満足です。

싱글침대4개는 너무 좋았어요.위치도 좋았구요..단점이 있다면 호텔안에 냉장고가 없어서 그게 좀 불편했어요.이거 빼고는 좋았어요.

建物は少し古いが、室内は綺麗に清掃され、ホテル内も静かで快適に過ごせた。立地場所も良く、ショピングセンター、空港バスの利用も便利だった。

普通に

コンビニは同建屋の1階にあり、スーパー（イオン）も斜め向かい側にあり、空港へのバスも民航大厦ホテルから出発し80分程度で空港へ行ける（20RMB）他にもモール等が近くにあり、利便性は良いかと思う。ホテル内設備は、料金それなりかと。　シャワーの水圧は個人的には弱めでしたが温水から冷水への移行などなく普通に使用でた点は良です。

便利な安いビジネスホテル。

ホテルの位置がとても便利です。近くにAEONやほかのモールもありますので、買い物と食事は便利です。朝ごはんはCNY38でしたが、焼きそば、卵焼、スープなどが食べれます。しかし、コーヒーはインスタントのミルク入りコーヒーしかなくて、しかも最初から砂糖入りなので、とても甘かったです。それだけはちょっと改善していただきたいです。ダブルベッドは広くて良かったです。

호텔 직원들이 영어를 전혀 못해서 의사소통이 너무 함들었어요 그리고 조식이 포함되지 않앗엇어요 ㅠㅠ까르푸와 걸어서 5분 정도여서 좋았습니다

영어 할 생각 하지마시고 걍 중국어 번역기나 사전을 들고가세요.

치약과 칫솔, 머리빗은 모두 일회용으로 화장실에 있는데 치약맛이 좀 오묘합니다. 이것도 사람마다 안 맞을수도 맞을수도 있어요. 타월은 2인기준으로 일반 수건2장, 목욕수건 2장 이렇게 나옵니다. 방청소를 원할시 청소원한다는 팻말 걸어놓고 호텔나가시는거 잊지 마시길.. 엘리베이터와 복도에서는 방안에서 담배피는 사람이 있다면 담배냄새가 새어나오고, 층마다 공용화장실이 있긴한데 냄새가 좀 납니다. 아침식사는 2층 홀 에서 36위안 정도로 할 수 있어요. 밥은 없는것 같고 훈제고기나 토스트, 과일위주로 먹었는데 걍 그럭저럭 먹을만합니다. 2층 왼편에는 밤에 갈 수 있는 일식집도 있는데 스시랑 회를 팔고 있어요. 둘이 캘리포니아 롤이랑 김초밥 시켜서 먹었는데 양도 그렇고 크기도 커서 친구는 정말 만족하더군요. 다만.. 저희 둘은 중국어를 하나도 할 줄 몰라서(기껏해야 인사나 질문정도..) 처음에 로비에서 보증금 내고 체크인 할때 그쪽 핸드폰에다가 영어로 써주고 중국어로 번역해 다시 확인받고 그러는 식의 필담을 하면서 겨우 해결했어요. 걍 중국어로 된 낱말카드라도 간단한거 뽑아서 가져다니시는게 편하실거라 봄..

시설 굿 깔끔한데 뷰는 기대하지 말것

방의 시설과 청결도는 아주 좋았다. 다만 뷰가 굉장히 좋지 못했고, 조금 추워서 이불을 추가로 요청했다. 까르푸와 도보로 이동 가능한 거리이고, 버스를 타고 이동하기 좋고 택시도 잘 잡히는 번화가였다. 운소로 미식가 거리와 가깝다.
