カードキーが反応せず部屋に入れなくなった。ドア側の電池が切れたそうで、その対応にかなり待たされた挙句、ホテルのマネージャーからは一言も謝罪はなく、気分が悪かった。外資ホテルなので、それなりの対応を期待していたが、正直期待外れでした。次は選択肢から外します。
