We had great time at Hotel Cozzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the sitting area for breakfasts. The location was great, walking distance or biking distance to any popular local places, and 10 steps away from metro system. We immediately booked the Hotel Cozzi again for the second part of our trip in Kaohsiung the day we arrived.

We stayed while transiting to Taipei and enjoyed being at the seaside on Cijin Island. The hotel was easy to get to by taxi. Breakfast was nice with a view over the beach.

Location of the hotel was convenient for shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was a very nice gesture from the hotel to offer all guests free cakes, drinks and ice creams during the day and also many varieties of free evening snacks.

New hotel which is beautifully fitted out. Food and staff also great. Breakfast and dinner food extremely good quality and well prepared. Also hotel situated in a good location for walking shops harbour etc

Amazing hotel on Central Park, to easily access the city. The hospitality of the hotel was great, with service and offerings going above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend staying here!

Located in a lovely area. Very convenient. Mostly importantly, the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful , welcoming. 5 stars overall. Well deserved. Will stay here again when I’m back to the city.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff, fast internet. Breakfast not great, eggs and fries ran out and weren’t replaced.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. All the staff were polite, helpful & efficient. The room was clean, reasonably sized and well equipped. The food (breakfast and free snacks available during the day) was very good - those free snacks were surprisingly generous, I thought, and were able to satisfy us in the evening after we'd had a good lunch in town. 房間很乾淨格局也很棒，該有的都有。櫃檯的人員也非常親切，還可以借充電器。 早餐非常豐盛非常好吃！拿鐵也超好喝，雖然是自動機器，但是是喝過的同機型咖啡裡面最好喝的，比7-11好喝非常多！ 最想大力稱讚的是在早餐區服務的員工，非常貼心又盡責，一桌一桌去提醒晚到的房客早餐截止時間，提醒大家趁早去夾最後一輪。前幾次去高雄玩住的飯店都有難以接受的缺點，現在知道了，以後再到高雄玩會再選擇這裡的！

A great hotel - classy, with a touch of ritz at a great price. Close to kaohsiung international airport (3 min drive), but not a lot of other things. It's in an urban area - 711, noodles, etc - but little nightlife and not close to the big kaohsiung attractions.

Absolutely amazing rooms, so so big and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is very good. Staff are very helpful. I came on a rainy day which the hotel staff helps to call out for taxi and give him a correct direction. This hotel is 3 mins far from MRT but surround with many convenience stores.

Used as part of a 3 night stay in Taiwan's second city. The hotel location was next to both a metro station and all the main shopping streets and markets. It was modern, new and the room was spacious with a great view of Central Park. This is a great option if visiting the city by rail, road or high speed rail.
