"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

"It was not a VILLA ! ! It was an APARTMENT. Very NOISY ! LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY LONG ! ! My wife had to wash all bedding sheets. We have to buy towels and all kind of detergents. DOGs, LOTS of DOGSs and CATS everywhere in the area ! To be fair, the sea water and the sandy beach were very good. The property manager was helpful, as well."
