"No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school with bad food. We where maybe 20 people eating there so running out of coffee cups is quite the feat."

"Our first encounter was really disappointing. The young men with glasses did not introduce us well into the hotel rules and treat us not well. We did not understand either why he was so unfriendly to us and this behavior continues all days we have stayed there. The breakfast was not „traditional“ as we hoped before booking.
