It’s a family run business that made us feel right at home. Their daughter met us upon check in and helped us get parked and settled in. "The hotel has many positive qualities. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant also serves good food, and we enjoyed having both breakfast and lunch there on several occasions.
 Unfortunately, there are also a few issues that significantly affected our overall experience. This is a family-run hotel, and of course it is perfectly reasonable for the family to be present.

"We only spent night in this magical hotel, but wish we'd spent longer. Though somewhat tricky to drive to, there is a big parking lot, and it's only a 5 min walk down the hill to the old town and restaurants. The view is stunning, with a lovely garden from which we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The building is charming and our room was decorated with delightful antique elements."

"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"
