"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and everyone was very friendly and professional. What impressed me the most was when my young son got injured during our stay. The hotel manager personally took him to the hospital late at night and made sure he received proper treatment. To our surprise, all the medical expenses were covered by the hotel at no cost to us. This level of care, kindness, and responsibility is something I have never experienced before. We are extremely grateful for everything they did for our family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown "
