"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "We booked this place thinking that it would be a good stay during our time at Naxos.
Far from the truth. Upon arrival, someone who we did not understand and he did not understand us showed up to show us the stay.
After staying in the room for about one hour, the AC in the main bedroom that my wife and I and baby would be sleeping in started dripping water. Making puddle in the room, I closed the AC and called tried to get in contact with them.

"The address and the location of the hotel in the Expedia system are incorrect. We were looking for the hotel for 1 hour in the extreme heat but still couldn’t find it.
