Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

"We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "
