"Nous avons passé 6 agréables nuits. Nous avions une chambre avec une cuisinette (non équipée), avec cafetière, frigo et micro-ondes. Salle de bain avec une très grande douche. Le lit était confortable et l'air climatisée facile à ajuster. Le stationnement était gratuit et il y une machine à café et à chocolat chaud dispo 24/7. Les choix pour le déjeuner était intéressants: quelques sortes de pain, yogourt, 3 sortes de céréales avec garnitures (amandes tranchées, gruyau et cannegerges séchées), lait de soya/vache, petit omelette, bacon et saucisses. J'oublis certainement certains items mais mon item préféré était la machine à gaufre (2 minutes et la gaufre est prête). Nous étions à environ 10 minutes de voiture des visites que nous voulions faire: Fort Henry (visite possible en français), Musée du pénitencier, visite guidée du pénitencier (visite possible en français), musée de géologie de l'université Queen et visite du "City Hall". D'ailleurs, il y a un grand stationnement payant derrière le city hall et beaucoup de restaurants autour. Dans le même coins, vous pouvez aller marcher sur la rue Princess, où il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques. Kingston est une très belle ville à visiter!!!"

"Room was clean staff were nice and breakfast was good. Now for the but… I booked the hotel specifically because of the hot tub but it wasn’t operational I stayed for 5 nights it wasn’t working the entire time. Not sure if it’s fixed yet or not but just a heads up for people booking if that’s a deal breaker for you. On our second night the low battery beeps began on our smoke detector in the middle of the night. I went down to front desk and the attendant came down and removed the detector for the night and it was replaced in the morning. I have a suggestion possibly put a battery change out on specific date before that happens for the entire hotel or sections that way you don’t make someone upset. It didn’t bother me I’m pretty easy going but if I had young children in the room or a person that had to get early the next day it would have been a problem. The coffee and cookies were nice in the afternoon. The location is perfect close to Walmart and some restaurants. I would stay there again. But"
