"Please kindly noted that we cannot check in with hotel on the 6th of November. The hotel is not able to locate our reservation. The Hotel said they had no record of our reservation. We have to ask the manager to find us 2 rooms at the location. We were lucky that the manager managed to locate us 2 rooms with 2 beds only, not 3 beds room. We paid them on site upon departure. Pls leave me with reply."
