"My room was spotless, everything I needed worked just fine. It was quiet and I felt safe during my stay. MS Kathesha was very helpful when I was having issues with the electronic reservation program. She was even thoughtful enough to follow up with a curtesy call to ensure that my reservation form was complete and I had a room. MS Kathesha, went above and beyond to reduce my frustration with the reservation challenges. I'm 78 and electronic stuff is not easy for me. Thank you and your wonderful staff for making my stay very enjoyable."
