"My room was ready on arrival for an early check in as requested. On arrival the room was clean with everything that was stated in place. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant and cafe. Staff were generally polite and friendly. The one downside was that my room was not serviced at all and I was there for 6 nights.
