"It was the best holiday Inn we have stayed in and we have stayed in a fair few Highly recommend a bacon roll so much bacon yum yum."

"Got a really good price on a room with a gym on site. There was decent parking available and I got parked up near the entrance. I had a room on the ground floor which was close to the gym as well as the entrance. The room was pretty standard but what was required for me. I got shown to the gym which had new equipment and had plenty to choose from. I was then told it was an extra £5 to use it which would have been nice to know as part of booking the stay. I had a great workout at the gym then went out for an evening meal. A good night's sleep was followed by a breakfast buffet at the clubhouse which was decent. It may have not been the greatest accommodation experience but it did represent tremendous value for money and I would look to stay here again based on that."

"I had booked 7 rooms for my staff as we were running an event nearby. The stay itself was fine but unfortunately I left my brand new Tom Ford aftershave in the bathroom by accident. I called back the following day hoping they would have put it to one side, dealt with the manager and there was no trace of it to be seen. Disappointed."

"Very comfortable, with more individual design features than your average chain, and the Gloucester Indigo seemed very reasonably priced compared with some other cities. The staff are very helpful. We hadn't booked to include breakfast at £17.50 each per night, but found that paying at reception before 11pm the previous night got us breakfast for £15, while it would be £20 on the day. It was decent value at £15. Very convenient for rail and bus stations, and easily walkable to the cathedral and other places of interest. Check before booking that the museums etc will be open when you go."
