"Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but it was served at 11:00 p.m. It was also expensive, small in portion, and average in quality."
